GRI PROPERTY

We created a flexible naming system that could embrace other commercial activities alongside GRIP (Property), eg GRIL (Leisure), GRIME (Media). An elegant and personal identity was designed to reflect the way they do business, followed by a set of stationery.

As GRIP started to develop more sites in London's N1 and EC1 zones, the opportunity to raise their profile through on-site hoardings became apparent.

beBRAND created a tagline, "PERFORMANCE. PROPERTY. PEOPLE." and the "BY GRIP" signature was added to each property. A hoarding was designed for buildings under development which included the personalized "07000 BY GRIP" telephone number.
