Two maverick brands meet in Savile Row
11th Apr 2006
Legendary tailor Nutters welcomed the ever-innovative jeweler Grima to their new Savile Row premises for a co-promotional photoshoot. Exquisite jewellery was used to decorate the buttonholes of bespoke suits. beBRAND’s James Sandwith explains, “It was a meeting of minds. Both brands celebrate craftsmanship and have a history of innovation. They are eccentric and sophisticated and thrive on creating unique pieces for their clients. Why wouldn’t a Nutters customer replace his buttonhole with an opal and diamond pendant? It would be perfectly Nutters; and perfectly Grima. After all you can tell a lot about a man by his buttonhole.” Music and filmstar photographer Eugene Adebari shot the magnificent images, which can be seen at beBRAND.net.
