Sometimes the brand is the product. beINVENTIVE brings together a great deal of know how in the design and development of products, whether consumer electronic devices or conceptual explorations of new technologies. We see a great future in building brands around innovative products and not just the services that drive today's economy. Which is why we partner university hothouses to test our ideas, develop prototypes and then business models to take the product to market.We work principally with the Something Lab, a spin off from Ravensbourne College of Design & Communication. This partnership has already prototyped an innovative iPod accessory – beCONNECTED – attracting funding from the London Development Agency and the DTI.
